Through individualized coaching sessions, clients learn to understand and manage their emotions, recognize the perspectives of others, and develop empathy, particularly when working with advisors, peers, and committee members. The coach guides clients in practicing active listening, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and building professional relationships.
